"To be or not to be." How many times have we heard these words throughout our lives? We ponder this words with much insight and time. Have had many discussions about their meaning and our own meaning. Only to come to one conclusion, You Are.
You cannot "not be," just as you cannot "be". You simply are. And then again, you are not.
Sound confusing? We believe that we exist and that we exist separate from one another, this simply is an illusion. An illusion that we have all believed to be the truth.
A truth that is not to be questioned or challenged. We can prove that we are separate simply by looking at each other, right? This is the illusion.
One cannot be, see, feel or imagine something we are not. If one cannot see love in another, there is not love inside yourself. If one sees anger in another, there is anger inside. If one feels joy from another, then there is joy inside. But its only from within that we can experience anything. Or is it?
I do not believe that we need each other to experience life. Life is not separate from us. It is not something we have or that we are. Life is us. We are life. You cannot lose your life. It is not yours for the asking or the taking. You are life.
Our separateness is the only illusion we need to correct. We are all one energy that is and will always be.
You Are, simply, because You Are. And you are Not, because You Are.

I watch a clip today where a fellow was talking about the energy that flows though us … from an acedemic perspective, the energy that formed our sun eons ago, now from the fusion of atoms casts energy onto plants, we consume that energy, transform it yet again.
This speaks only of the energy that is grossly apparent to us, forever flowing. Then like the sun, there is engergy that flows from us, an energy we feel, that fails to be quatified by conventioanl means, muted by thoughts, but never-the-less binds us, connects us to all life.
We are life … we are the universe expressing itself.
